Meet the Team

Matthew started Koppinger Euro Service in 2016 growing the company from a passion of BMWs and 20 years of automotive experience. He is an Army combat veteran and served over 22 years in the military, both in the active duty and reserves. During his time in the Army he worked as a diesel mechanic and spent some time training new recruits at Fort Jackson SC. He has earned a Bachelors of Science from UNC-Asheville in 2015 and has graduated numerous professional development courses including advanced leadership courses. Matt’s passion for BMWs and European cars truly took over his life after purchasing his first BMW in 1998, he’s been hooked ever since!

Jose joined Koppinger Performance in September 2022 as a technician. He attended UTI Nascar Technical Institute in Mooresville, NC where he graduated with honors. He has worked on cars since he was a child alongside his father developing his automotive passion. Jose has worked in different fields such as construction, painting, and building stringed instruments yet he has always returned to his passion for cars. He came to Koppinger Performance with a strong background in BMW maintenance and repair which made him a perfect fit.

Joined team in July 2024. He is an UTI Houston graduate with BMW Fasttrack training and earned an Associates degree in Applied Automotive Science. Josue grew up in Black Mountain, NC where he found his passion for everything automotive by working on his BMWs. He currently has a 2021 Toyota Supra that he is passionate about.

Noah was born in Asheville and spent several years abroad as a child. He ultimately returned to the mountains that he once again calls home. Noah attended AB Tech Community College and earned his ASE certification. BMWs have been in his family creating a deep appreciation for European vehicles. He has owned 8 BMWs and VWs in the last 9 years and helped each of his 6 siblings acquire and maintain their cars. Noah has a background in customer service and automotive parts logistics.
